Just as in public and/or private school, there are simply some home school years that are better than others. Family life dictates change and challenges. Babies are born; I understand what it is like to teach different ages at one time, with babies and toddlers. There are extended family obligations, illness, job changes, and maybe even moving to another state. All of these seasons bring opportunities to teach unique life lessons. Sometimes parents find that it is helpful to have me be their accountability counselor. I work with students and parents to keep them on track during these “seasons.”
