Scott Steinberg shares the following 6 habits that hugely successful people use to maximize productivity, effectiveness and success in the corporate world. Regardless if you are a CEO of a company or a parent who home educates their children, (most home school parents have a larger more complex job than a CEO in my opinion) their reoccurring patterns of behavior pave the way to greater levels of achievement. 

1.  Minimize distractions  
2.  Get enough rest
3.  Follow a morning ritual
4.  Prioritize your day
5.  Take care of yourself
6.  Put first things first

Yes, I know easier said than done.  Take baby steps. Pick one area this month and work on that until you are satisfied that it is a habit. Next month, add another. It is said that if you do something for 30 days it becomes a habit.  Within 6 months to a year,  you could look back and see some real life changing successes!
